20% of what your referral actually pays, every month they stay subscribed. Not just the first month, and with no end date. If they upgrade, you earn 20% of the higher price. Your rate is confirmed in writing when we accept you and is fixed for you from that point: each commission records the rate it was earned at, so a later change never restates what you were already owed.
90 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up any time in that window, they're yours. Attribution is set once at signup and never reassigned afterwards.
Each commission clears for 30 days first, and that window covers refunds and chargebacks. After it clears, we pay out by hand once your balance is over $50.
The commission for that payment is reversed. It's the reason for the clearing period: we'd rather hold your money briefly than claw it back after it's been sent.
No. Self-referrals, referrals from accounts you control, and referrals from your household don't earn commission, and trying is grounds for removal.
No. Bidding on "Fluvio" or variants of it on any ad platform is prohibited, because that traffic was already coming to us. Ads pointing at your own content are fine.
No, though the best affiliates usually are. You don't need an account to apply; you'll need one to get your link and see your dashboard, and we'll let you in even before we open to the public.
Yes, clearly and every time. That's a legal requirement in most places and a condition of the programme.
